【摘要】 目的 :探讨畸形中央尖牙齿的保存治疗的有效方法。方法 :在门诊随诊病例 1 1 7例中 ,对于非感染型畸形中央尖病例采取多次的调磨或一次性去除中央尖盖髓疗法 ,对于感染型的畸形中央尖病例采取活髓切断术保护根髓或采取根尖诱导成形术以封闭根尖孔促进根发育完成。结果 :经两年追踪疗效观察 ,1 1 7例中 ,得以治愈保留的患牙共 1 0 9例 ,总有效率达 93 .2 % ,取得满意疗效。结论 :畸形中央尖患者应早期治疗 ,有希望保存活髓 ,使牙齿根尖发育完成。若待出现炎症反应时就诊 ,保护活髓治疗是十分困难的 ,只能采取摘除牙髓促进根尖形成的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate the effective methods that can preserve the teeth with abnormal central cusp(ACC). Methods: For 117 cases of ACC, we used grinding teeth many times or remove the cusp one time in dealing with non-contagious ACC and used pulpotomy or apexification to protect the teeth and promote the root development in dealing with the contagious cases. Results: Follow up for these patients remained 2 years. In 117 cases, 109 cases preserved their teeth and the efficient rate was up to 93.2%.Conclusion: The patients with ACC should receive treatment earlier, for preserving the living pulp and promoting the normal tooth apical development.更多还原
