【Abstract】 The technique support system of the power market (PM TSS) is very important to modern power systems. It should guarantee not only the fairness and impartiality of power market competition, but also promote the safety, stability and economy of power market operations. Based on the operation experience of the power market, a new Internet/Intranet based structure of PM TSS is proposed, which provides more advanced technical means for bidding, trading, settlement, contracts management and information release. Some key technical problems, such as dynamic graphical display, distributed applications, distributed database design plan, aggregation at the system application level and safe network transmission, are also discussed in detail.更多还原
