【摘要】 通过研究国内外电力市场发展趋势 ,分析比较了电力市场现货交易、期货交易以及远期合约交易 3种交易方式。提出在电力市场中需建立和完善电力期货交易机制 ,并与电力市场现货交易手段和远期合约交易手段有机结合 ,才可能平衡电力商品价格 ,防范价格的频繁波动 ,促进电力工业与国民经济的健康有序发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 By studying the trends of the domestic and foreign country power markets, the three transaction modes, spot transaction, futures transaction and forward contract transaction, are analyzed and compared. It is proposed that the mechanism of futures transaction should be established and improved in power markets. Moreover, the futures transaction should be combined with the other two transactions for balancing the price of electrical merchandise and evading the frequent fluctuation of spot price. So the electric industry and national economy will be accelerated healthily and orderly.更多还原
