交流电力机车传动系统启动过程动力响应分析
Vibration Response Analysis of Transmission System of AC Electric Locomotive During Starting Period
【摘要】 随着机车速度的提高,对机车传动系统的动力性能要求越来越高,对200km/h交流电力机车传动系统在启动过程中的强迫动力响应进行了分析,建立了驱动装置的计算模型,通过振型叠加法,得到传动系统的强迫扭转动力响应.计算了在给定激励下的动载荷放大系数,并分析了激励函数及阻尼对动力响应结果的影响.
【Abstract】 With the increasing in locomotive speed, the demand for dynamic performance of locomotive transmission system is higher. This paper analyzes the forced vibration response of transmission system in 200km/h AC electric locomotive during its starting period, establishes the calculating model of the driving system by using mode superposition method, calculates the forced torsional vibration response of transmission system and the dynamic load magnification factor; and analyzes the influence of excitation function and damping on response results.
