【摘要】 利用电镜对冷冻前后的褶皱臂尾轮虫Brachionusplicatilis休眠卵进行观察。结果表明,冻卵比未冻卵卵壳厚度增加,结构疏松,电子密度较低,孔隙呈无规则的破碎状,并可与内外相通;卵壳内的胚胎膜变化次之,冻卵胚胎膜结构宽松,表面观褶皱较大;气室与胚胎变化不甚明显。作者对冻卵、未冻卵及新鲜休眠卵的形态结构进行了比较和分析,并探讨了各种形态结构与上浮率、萌发率之间的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Changes in ultrastructure of Brachionous plicatilis resting eggs before and after bandling in freezing was examined by an electron microscope. It was found that the freezing eggs have thick membranes, loose electron density, and small irregular space in cytolasma. The embryo membranes of egg shell are loose, and wrinkle. The change in spiracle and embryo is not quite apparent. The ultrastructural comparison of freezing and fresh resting eggs were conducted to improve the floating hatching rates.更多还原
