UPVC/nano-CaCO3复合材料的界面性质与力学性能的关系
Relationship between interfacial adhesion and mechanical properties of UPVC/nano-CaCO3
【摘要】 分析比较了三种不同的UPVC/nano CaCO3 复合材料界面性质对力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,界面性质和nano CaCO3 用量均对力学性能有明显影响。在一定范围内 ,增加界面结合强度 ,可提高UPVC的屈服强度与模量 ,却使材料的缺口冲击强度有所降低 ;增加nano CaCO3 的用量 ,可提高UPVC抗冲击性能 ,却会降低复合材料的屈服强度。
【Abstract】 We analyze and compare the relationship between interfacial adhesion and mechanical properties of three different kinds of UPVC/nano CaCO 3 composite material. It reveals that both interfacial adhesion and quantity of nano CaCO 3 used influence their mechanical properties obviously. To a certain extent, increasing the interfacial adhesion strength, we can elevate the yield stress and modulus of elasticity of the UPVC, but reduce the impact strength. Increasing the nano CaCO 3 used, we have increased impact strength but decreased yield stress.
