火电厂主给水管带状组织及安全性的研究
Study on Banded Structure of the Main Feedwater Pipe and Its Safety in Thermal Power Plant
【摘要】 石门电厂一期工程主给水管材质是st4 5 .8,这些管道从西德进口到货后 ,发现材料中存在严重的带状组织。该组织使材料的力学性能呈各向异性 ,危及管道的安全运行。st4 5 .8材料带状组织形成的原因是热加工过程中 ,热轧温度低于 90 0℃而又没有进行轧后热处理形成的。可通过 90 0℃正火消除带状组织。通过管道壁厚、管道应力、安全系数的校核 ,表明该批钢材仍符合要求 ,但要加强安全监督。
【Abstract】 The material used for main feedwater pipe in Shimen Electric Power Plant,phase I is st.45.8.After the pipe imported from Germany the material was discovered with serious banded structure.The structure leads the mechanical property of the material to anisotropy,which is harmful to safe operation of pipe.The cause of formation of banded structure in material st.45.8 is due to the hot-rolling temperature lower than 900℃in the process of hot-working without heat treatment after rolling.The normalizing treatment at 900℃ can eliminate the banded structure.After checking the pipe wall thickness,pipe stress and safety factors this batch of steel material has still complied with the requirements,while safety Surveillance should be enhanced.
