故障树理论在主机遥控系统中的应用
Application of fault tree theory in main engine remote control system
【摘要】 介绍了故障树分析法的概念及其特征和结构,介绍了DF31主机遥控系统的硬件结构、信号的类型和参数等.并以此为例介绍了建立故障树的基本方法以及故障查找流程图的编制规则.并针对存在的问题,运用故障树的建树规则,对理论故障树进行检查、分析和对实用树、流程图进行补充和修改.投入实船使用后,已从远洋公司获得满意的反馈信息.
【Abstract】 The conception?structure and feature are introducted in this paper, The hardware?types of signals and parameters are analysed. on this basis, the basic methods to building up Fault tree are introducted and the rules of fault flow charts are analysed. Then by using the fault flow charts ,to solve the actual faults. Aim to the questions discovered in the process of use, along with the rules of Faulttree theory, check and analyse the theoried fault trees, modify the actual trees and flow charts. After getting satisfactory effect, the fault flow charts is used in ship, the feedback information is good from Ocean Corporation.
