【Abstract】 Plentiful data indicates that the shipping supply exceeds the shipping demand in the international shipping market in these years. In this situation, the shipping companies make economic argumentation cautiously before they build new vessel. This paper brings forward a new economic shipbuilding argumentation cyber simulative shipping operation method, and shows the process of this method and simulates the operation of a seventy thousand ton bulk cargo ship.
