【Abstract】 To resolve the questions of restriction and following-up of developmental fund mountainous region traditionally, the manor-typed developmental pattern for this sort of regions is introduced. This pattern will cause developers to have long-term right of utilization, succession and transference, assembling social fund to promote development of large-area mountainous region. The economic, social and ecological benefits of this pattern are very outstanding .It has such major operational ways as investing jointly and managing united, the strong contracting, farmer households contracting disperse.
