【Abstract】 This paper discusses the current situations of the software industry in India. By analyzing a few practical examples, it examines the unique educational pattern of educating & training software talents in India in the following aspects: training channels, communication abilities, logical thinking abilities, the abilities to normalize, comprehensive abilities, and interaction between education and industry, etc. Finally, the authors offer some ideas to the education of software talents in China with the consideration of the particular situations in our country.更多还原
