【摘要】 目的:评价国产卡维地洛治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的降压疗效和安全性。方法:201例轻、中度高血压患者20～70岁,其中≥65岁的老年高血压患者的有39例占19.4％,经过停药1周、2周安慰剂清洗期后,口服卡维地洛片10mg qd,2周后舒张压≥90mmHg或血压下降<20 mmHg,每2周增加剂量10mg qd,直至10周结束观察。结果:201例患者服药2周末舒张压即明显下降,治疗10周末平均剂量为20mg/日,舒张压平均降低11.8mmHg(↓12.0％),总有效率为83.1％,总显效率为63.1％。服药后心率在正常范围内下降5.8次/分,血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和血糖无明显改变。不良反应主要是头晕(3％)、乏力(1.5％)、恶心(1％)、头胀(1.5％)、皮肤过敏(0.5％)、干咳(0.5％),视力模糊(0.5％),但均较轻微,无需停药。有1例62岁男性患者服药20mg/日,2小时后发生立位晕厥,平卧1小时后恢复。结论:卡维地洛治疗轻、中度原发性高血压安全有效,值得临床广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of carvedilol in mild to moderate essential hypertension. Methods: 201 essential hypertensive patients aged 20 - 70 years - old including 39 old patients with diastolic blood pressure above 95 mmHg were enrolled in the 10 - week study. After taking 2 placebo for 2 weeks, all the patients were given carvedilol 10 nig qd. If diastolic blood pressure > 90 mmHg, the dose was added 10mg/d every two weeks until their dosage was 40mg/d. Results: At the end of second week, the blood pressure decreased significantly. The average dosage was 20mg qd at the end of the 10th week. The diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly with extent of 11. 8mmHg (↓ 12.0%). The total efficacy was 83.1 % . The heart rate was also decreased , but those were in normal range. The adverse reactions were dizziness (3 %), headache (1.5%), nausea (1 %), skin allergy (0.5 %), dry cough (0.5%) and tiredness (1.5%), which were mild and could relieved quickly after stopping the treatment. A 62 years - old male patient had faint after taking 20mg and then recovered 1 hour later. Conclusion: The treatment with carvedilol can get good effects in mild to moderate essential hypertension, which shows that the carvedilol is an effective and safe anti - hypertensive medicine.更多还原
