【摘要】 目的:探讨脑梗塞与血清免疫水平、血脂及动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法:采用免疫比浊法测定50例脑梗塞患者血清免疫水平,常规法测定血脂,对患者的眼底动脉硬化进行分级。结果:（1）脑梗塞高血脂组IgG、IgM、C₃、C₄明显高对照组,IgA变化不明显,脑梗塞非高血脂组免疫水平与对照组比较无显著差异;（2）脑梗塞高血脂组Tch、TG、LDL、ApoB、LP（a）明显高于对照组,HDL-D及ApoA明显低于对照组,脑梗塞非高血脂组血脂与对照组比较无显著差异;（3）脑梗塞高血脂组、脑梗塞非高血脂组和对照组眼底动脉硬化分级构成比不同。结论:脑梗塞患者血脂增高,血清免疫水平增高,则动脉粥样硬化程度明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate relation of cerebral infarction with the levels of immunity and lipids and therosclerosis. Methods: The levels of immunity were determined with immunity turbidimetiic method in 50 cases of cerebral infarction. Serum lipids were determined with ordinary route . Eyeground were examined and the degree of arteriosclerosis were graded in 50 cases of cerebral infarction . Results: (1) The IgG,IgM, C3,C2 in the patients of cerebral infarction in the High lipids group were much more evaluated than that of normal control group, while IgA was not changed , the levels of immunity in the patients of cerebral infarction in the non - High lipids group showed no difference from that of normal control group . (2) The Tch.TG. LDL.APQB.LP(a) in the patients of cerebral infarction in the High lipids group were much more evaluated than that of normal control group.while HDL-D.APOA were much more reduced than that of normal control group , the lipids in the patients of cerebral infarction in the non - High lipids group showed no difference from that of normal control group . (3) There were significant differences in the constituent ratio of eyeground arteriosclerosis grade among normal control groups cerebral infarction with High lipids group and cerebral infarction without High lipids group .
