微机械惯性敏感器群的数据处理方法研究
Study on Data Processing Methods of Micro-Machined Inertial Sensor Group
【摘要】 发挥硅微惯性传感器体积小、成本低的优势,采用了一种适用于不同精度情况下的多传感器数据处理方法,用以构筑测量同一参数的惯性敏感器群;最大程度地克服硅微惯性传感器的精度差的缺陷,形成比单一传感器更准确更完全的对被测物理量的估计。
【Abstract】 In order to take advantage of micro-machined inertial sensor,for example small volume and low cost,the idea of inertial sensor group that comprises several same kind sensors is adopted.A data processing method which is suitable for different precision sensors is presented.As a result,more precise and reliable information than single sensor can he obtained from the integrated output.The simulation results also show the effectiveness of the method to practical application.
