【Abstract】 In order to take advantage of micro-machined inertial sensor,for example small volume and low cost,the idea of inertial sensor group that comprises several same kind sensors is adopted.A data processing method which is suitable for different precision sensors is presented.As a result,more precise and reliable information than single sensor can he obtained from the integrated output.The simulation results also show the effectiveness of the method to practical application.更多还原
