【Abstract】 Taking listed companies on Shanghai Stock Exchange as a sample, this article makes a research on a senior executive’s remuneration. It finds out that a senior executive’s annual remuneration is closely relevant to the performance and the size of an enterprise and the legal person share. It also studies the influence of professions and regions on a senior executive’s remuneration, and finds out evident difference in certain professions and regions.更多还原
