【Abstract】 The form and position of wire electrode will largely vary in HS WEDM. This kind of variation would extremely affect the stability and precision of machining, so it is urgently to find a method to stabilize the form and position of wire electrode in HS WEDM. Based on sufficient experiments, a wear resistant guide device was developed. This device can effectively stabilize the form and position of wire electrode, and improve the stability and machining precision of WEDM.更多还原
