微机控制多功能IGBT逆变焊机的研制
Development of multi-function IGBT inverter welder with single-chip microcomputer control
【摘要】 详述了自行开发研制的微机控制IGBT的多功能逆变焊机的原理和电路结构,主电路采用双逆变技术,前级采用半桥式逆变电路,后级采用全桥式逆变电路。以80C552单片机为控制系统的核心,简化了控制电路,利于安装调试。通过对一系列功率转换器件的电流和电压的波形测试和分析,证明了该焊机硬件电路设计合理,软件程序运行无误,规范参数调节灵活,可靠性大幅度提高。能够满足直流手弧焊/TIG焊、直流脉冲焊、交流方波手弧焊/TIG焊和变极性交流方波TIG焊等多种焊接方法的需要,实现了一机多用的功能。
【Abstract】 The designing scheme of main circuit and controlling system for the multi-function IGBT inverter power source with single-chip microcomputer control is researched in this paper.The double inverter technology is used in main circuit,the prior inverter circuit is half-bridge type,and rear inverter circuit is full-bridge.The80C552single-chip microcomputer made in PHLIPS company as core of controlling system is used,so the control circuit is simplified and beneficial to install and adjust.By testing and experiments of a series of waves of power converter,it show s that designs of the hard circuit are rational,procedure running is accurate,parameter regulation is agile,and the reliability is enhanced.The several functions of power source such as DC metal arc welding,DC TIG arc welding,DC pulse arc welding,AC square-wave arc welding and variable polarity AC square-wave TIG arc welding process are realized.
