变极性等离子弧焊电源设备主电路分析与设计

【摘要】 分析了双电源供电方式的变极性等离子弧焊电源主电路的工作原理,选择IGBT作为主功率开关元件,并对其工作参数及保护电路进行了设计。

【Abstract】 The principle of th e main circuit for variable polarity plasma arc welding(VPPAW)equipment supp lied by two power sources is analyzed in this paper.Selected for the power swit ch,the parameters and protection circuit of IGBT are also designed.
