定向纤维集合体压缩性能的研究
Compressibility of Oriented Arrangement Fiber Assembly
【摘要】 研究了腈纶、羊毛条纵向、横向和随机排列纤维集合体的压缩性能。发现压缩性与纤维取向有一定关系。横向排列集合体开始时抗压缩性较差 ,而后来抗压缩性比纵向高。松散、定向排列的纤维集合体 ,VanWyk s压积关系式仍然适合 ,但毛涤混纺织物的压缩除了初始段外不符合VanWyk s压积关系。
【Abstract】 Compressibility of fiber assemblies of acrylic and wool tops arranged at longitudinal, lateral and random direction respectively has been studied. There is somewhat different compressibility of the fiber assemblies between longitudinal, lateral and random arrangement. Lateral assemblies have week compressing resistance at beginning and relatively stronger compressing resistance later. Van Wyk’s relationship is fitted to oriented assembly still as at looser state, yield it is not fitted to fabric.
