一种适用于蓄电池组供电的谐振极零电压过渡PWM逆变器
A Resonant Pole Zero-Voltage-Transition Inverter Supplied with Serial Connected Batteries
【摘要】 介绍了一种适用于串联蓄电池组供电的谐振极零电压过渡 (RPZVT)逆变器改进电路。该电路克服了传统的RPZVT逆变器电路正常工作时需要一个谐振电感电流阈值的困难 ,并且电路中所有的开关器件都能得到软开关条件 ,谐振只发生在主功率器件状态过渡的瞬间 ,控制简单 ,效率高 ,工作可靠
【Abstract】 This paper presents a resonant pole zero voltage transition(ZVT)inverter circuit supplied with serial connected batteries This improved inverter overcomes the problem that the prescribed current is required in conventional RPZVT inverter circuit In this circuit all devices achieve soft switching condition and the resonant operations are employed only during the commutating intervals with the advantages of simplicity in control and high efficiency and reliability
