概率暂态稳定研究中紧急控制措施的模拟及效果分析
Simulation and Effect Analysis to the Emergency Control Measures in Probabilistic Transient Stability Study
【摘要】 详细模拟了交直流系统的多种稳定控制措施 ,如快关、切机、低频减载、低压减载和直流系统内部控制 ,重点讨论了这些措施对交直流混合电力系统概率暂态稳定性的影响 ;并以修改后的EPRI 36系统为例进行了详尽的计算分析 ,对各种稳定控制措施的作用进行了统计比较 ;证实了在不同条件下 ,实施紧急控制措施对暂态稳定性可能出现的正面和负面影响 ,指出了采用控制措施时进行优化和协调的必要性。
【Abstract】 This paper simulates in detail multiple emergency control measures(ECM)such as fast valve control(FV),generator shedding(GS),under frequency load shedding(UFLS),under voltage load shedding(UVLS)and interior control measures of DC system etc,and discusses the effect of ECM on the risk indices of probabilistic transient state stability of hybrid AC/DC power systems.It investigates and compares the statistical results of the modified EPRI 36 bus system,demonstrates that different ECMs may have positive or negative effects on the transient stability under different conditions of parameters,and points out the necessity to optimizing and coordinating between ECMs.
