直线驱动新技术及其在加工装备上的应用
Linear Motor Direct Drive Technology and Its Applications in Machine Tools
【摘要】 直线电动机直接驱动系统是近 10年发展起来的一种新型进给传动方式 ,在各类高速、精密加工设备上具有广泛的应用前景。本文介绍了直线电动机的工作原理与性能特点 ;阐述了直线电动机伺服驱动系统采用传统控制技术、现代控制技术与智能控制技术的研究现状与发展趋势 ;介绍了直线电动机在高速精密切削加工机床、压力机、电火花机床等各类加工设备上的应用情况与研究动态
【Abstract】 The linear motor direct drive system is a new kind of feed drive mode and has extensive potential applications in high speed and precision machine tools.This paper introduces the principle and operation features of linear motors,and expatiates the present status and developing trend of the PID control,Smith predictor control,adaptive control,sliding mode variable structure control, H ∞ control,fuzzy logic control and neural network control used in the linear motor feed drive systems.The paper also describes the applications and recent studies of linear motors in high speed and precision machine tools,punching machines and EDM machines.
