一种应用同步整流技术的高效率正激变换器的设计
Design of high conversion efficiency forward converter with synchronous rectification
【摘要】 利用同步整流技术中一种新的电压驱动方式即栅极电荷保持驱动方式 ,设计研制了一台输入为 4 8V(36~ 70V) ,输出为 2 2V ,2 0A ,开关频率为 2 0 0kHz的正激变换器。栅极电荷保持驱动方式可以解决传统电压驱动方式中 ,死区时间内续流MOSFET体二极管的导通问题 ,因此可以降低整流损耗 ,提高整流效率。设计的正激变换器的最高效率达到 91%。实验结果证实了设计方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 Gate charge retention synchronous rectification is presented in this paper. Using this driving method, a forward converter with 48V(36~70V) input, 2.2V, 20A output and 200kHz switching frequency is built. Gate charge retention synchronous rectification deals with body diode conduction of freewheel power MOSFET during dead time in conventional forward converter. So rectifying efficiency is improved and rectifying dissipation is depressed. The maximum efficiency of 91% is obtained in this forward converter. Experimental results verify the proposed design method.
