【摘要】 将猪囊尾蚴液抗原点加于混合纤维素酯微孔滤膜 ,以快速斑点免疫金染色法 (F- Dot- IGS)检测囊尾蚴病患者血清抗体 ,以建立简便、经济和敏感、特异的快速免疫学诊断方法 ,初步结果显示 ,共检测 4 0例囊尾蚴病患者血清抗体 ,阳性率 10 0 % ;检测 4 0例健康人血清均为阴性 ;除包虫病人外 ,10例肝吸虫病人、 10例血吸虫病人和 10例肺吸虫病人血清未见交叉反应 ,本法快速 ,更为简便、经济 ,有较高的敏感性和特异性 ,适于基层流行病学调查和临床快速诊断更多还原

【Abstract】 To set up a simple, economical and fast immunoassay for detection of antibodies in the patients with cysticercosis,the cysticercus cyst fluid antigens of Taenia solium were added onto mixed cellulose ester micropore filter membrane, then the serum antibodies against T. solium were detected by the fast dot immunogold staining assay (F Dot IGS). All of the 40 confirmed cases of cysticercosis showed positive reaction to the F Dot IGS. 40 healthy controls, 10 cases of clonorchiasis, 10 schistosomiasis and 10 paragonimiasis, all showed negative reactions but cross reaction obviously occurred with the sera of the 10 echinococcosis. The primary result showed that the F Dot IGS would be a fast, simpler and more economical assay with higher sensitivity and specificity, available for application in field situations and rapid diagnosis.更多还原
