肝吸虫病患者血清TNF-α和IL-1β及NO水平检测

【摘要】收集 2 0例肝吸虫病患者和健康志愿者血清 ,用试剂盒分别检测血清 TNF- α,IL- 1β和 NO水平 ,结果显示肝吸虫病患者血清 TNF- α,IL- 1β和 NO水平显著升高 ,说明 TNF- α,IL- 1β和 NO可能在宿主杀伤华支睾吸虫和加重肝胆管炎症方面起重要作用。更多还原
