【摘要】 回顾了我国核工业发展 4 0年来辐射防护安全管理工作取得的成绩。通过对存在问题的分析 ,探讨建立完善的法规、标准体系 ,制定完善的放射性废物技术政策和管理政策。建议制定近、远期发展规划 ,开展管理技术和管理政策的研究 ,并加强技术培训 ,提高公众辐射环境保护意识等。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reviews the achievements in the field of radiation protection and safety gained in developing China’s nuclear industry over the last four decades. Through analyzing existing problems, approaches are made to setting up well-established system of regulations and standards and radwaste management technology and management polices. It is suggested that short-term and long-term development programs should be established aiming at initiating the study of management technology and policy, enhancing technical training and to raising the awareness among the public of environmental protection.更多还原
