【Abstract】 To develop neo-tech & hi-tech industries has great significance in the development of our economy in future.At present,however,conventional industries still play a backbone role in our way towards industrialization.It is therefore important to restructure the conventional enterprises enjoying their market so as to make breakthrough on a neo-tech & hi-tech platform.This article focuses on how to construct Wuhan Optical Valley of this kind of platform and carry out the strategy of "Agglomeration & Plan Development"in order to reinforce the weld of hi-tech to the conventional enterprises.Through aggressive hi-tech restructuring of conventional enterprises,industrial advantages can be formed in these companies.Assets stock in the conventional enterprises will be animated as well.As a result,the overall industrial quality can be strengthened.更多还原
