三种燃料-空气混合物爆轰的直接引爆实验研究

【摘要】 在直径 2 4 0 mm的立式爆轰管中对环氧丙烷 ( PO)、正己烷、癸烷与空气混合物进行直接起爆 ,测定不同燃料不同当量比的云雾直接引爆的临界起爆能 .在该实验系统条件下 ,发现 PO-空气混合物当量比为 1 .0 5时 ,其临界起爆能值最小 ;正己烷 -空气混合物当量比为 1 .1 2时 ,其临界起爆能值最小 ;癸烷 -空气混合物当量比为 1 .1 5时 ,其临界起爆值能最小 .PO-空气混合物的可爆下限值为当量比 0 .47(质量浓度为4.2 3% ) ,正己烷 -空气混合物的可爆下限值为当量比 0 .75 (质量浓度为 5 .2 9% ) ,癸烷-空气混合物的可爆下限值为当量比 0 .89(质量浓度为 5 .8% ) .在直径 2 4 0 mm的立式爆轰管中 ,三种燃料与空气混合物的云雾都容易在较大的当量比范围内引发爆轰并实现爆轰波稳定传播 .

【Abstract】 In this paper, the direct initiation of detonation in a propylene epoxide spray in air, a hexane spray in air and a decane spray in air have been studied respectively using a vertical shock tube with 240 mm diameter. The critical energy for the direct initiation of detonation has been measured for above three fuel air mixtures of different equivalence ratios. Under the conditions of this experimental system, there are a minimum of the critical initiation energy for a propylene epoxide air at the equivalence ratio Φ =1.05, for a hexane air at the equivalence ratio Φ =1.12, for a decane air at the equivalence ratio Φ =1.15 respectively. The lean detonability limit for the propylene epoxide spray in air, for the hexane spray in air and for a decane spray in air were determined respectively to the Φ =0.47, i.e., 4.23% fuel (by mass), Φ =0.75, i.e., 5.29% fuel (by mass) Φ =0.89, i.e., 5.8% fuel (by mass). Detonation are easily initiated and propagated steadily in above three fuel air mixtures over larger equivalence ratio range by using the vertical shock tube with 240 mm diameter.
