浅谈保险合同最大诚信原则
A Brief Talk On Basic Principles of Maximum In tegrity for Insurance Contract
【摘要】 本文论述了保险合同较之于一般民事法律行为,保险合同双方当事人应体现最大诚信。对于保险合同的投保人来说,其最大诚信应体现在向保险人或其代理人如实告知保险标的及被保险人的有关情况。对于保险人来说,其最大诚信应主要体现在提醒投保人注意限制或免除保险人责任的条款。
【Abstract】 I ns urance contract should follow the basic principles of our civil activity.Compare dwith commoncivil legal behaviors,the two parties of insurance contract should show integrity.The article deals with the maximumprinciples of integrity for ins urance contract.
