民用建筑施工中质量通病及防治措施
Quality Common Faiting&Prevent Measure on the Construction of Civil Building
【摘要】 依据城市发展建设中在民用建筑工程施工中常见的质量问题,归纳指出影响结构安全的三项质量通病和影响使用功能的三项渗漏质量通病,并提出了相应的防治措施。
【Abstract】 Combinedwith the commonfailing of engineering construction on civil building,this paper sum up the three commonfailing which are affect the construction safety and the function to use civil building.Thenput forward the technical measureand the treatment process of preventing.
