感应式电能表制动磁钢低频自动退、稳磁装置

【摘要】 以8031单片机为主控单元,讨论了电能表制动磁钢的自动退、稳磁装置的结构、原理及系统的软件流程。利用该装置可将电能表制动磁钢传统的退、稳磁处理的复杂过程集于一体,一次性自动完成。处理结果的最大偏差不超过1%,整个处理过程不超过8秒钟,从而可明显地提高电能表制动磁钢的处理效率及合格率。

【Abstract】 This paper employs8031single chip computer as a main control unite.We discuss the structure of system,the principle of system and the soft flow of system about the automatic demagnetizing and stabilizing magnetism apparatus for braking mag-netic steel in electric meter.This apparatus can make the complex process of traditional demagnetizing and stabilizing magnetism for braking magnetic steel in electric meter as a whole be realized automatically in one time.The maximum error of the processing re-sult is less than±1%.The time is less than8second in the whole process.The pro-cessing efficiency and qualification rate for braking magnetic steel in electric meter can be improved obviously by using the apparatus.
