碱性锌锰电池负极锌粉缓蚀剂

【摘要】 长久以来,人们一直把汞作为碱性锌锰电池的锌阳极缓蚀剂。汞在碱性电池中能有效地抑制负极锌粉的腐蚀,提高电池的性能,但由于其对环境造成了很大的污染,迫切要求锌锰电池实现无汞化。文章综述了国内外碱性锌锰电池无汞缓蚀剂的研究现状,分析了用于碱性锌锰电池的各种无汞缓蚀剂的作用机理。

【Abstract】 Mercury has been used in alkaline zin c-manganese dioxide batteries.It plays an important role in alkaline zinc-manganese dioxide batteries;improving battery perform ances as well as being used as an ef-fective zinc corrosion inhibitor.H owever,in consideration of environ mental pollution,completely elimi nating mercury from alkaline zinc-manganese dioxide batteries is demanded.In this paper,research and developmen t on zinc corrosion inhibitors used in alkaline zinc-manganese dioxide batteries are reviewed,and the inhibi tion mechanism of different inhibitors a re discussed.
