【摘要】 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取、气相色谱/质谱/计算机联用技术分离鉴定,对内蒙古阿鲁科尔沁旗野生瑞香狼毒叶中挥发油成分进行了定性、定量分析.干燥的瑞香狼毒叶挥发油含量约为0 0071%,气相色谱分离的42个峰中,鉴定出18种化学成分,2种为植物挥发油中少见的胺类化合物,其中的肼基甲酰二苯胺含量达到17 26%,推测其为瑞香狼毒地上部分刺激性气味来源成分.更多还原

【Abstract】 By the means of steam distillation and GC/MS/Computer,the essential oil of the leaves of Stellera chamaejasme L.,collected from Alukerqin county of Neimenggu,was extracted and its content was measured,and the oil’s chemical components were isolated and identified.The content of the essential oil is 0.007 1% approximately (dry leaves).42 peaks were separated by GC and 18 chemical components among them were identified.Two amine compounds,which exist seldom in the essential oil of plants,were found and guessed to be the source of irritative odor of the leaves of Stellera chamaejasme L.One of them was N,N-diphenyl-hydrazinecarboxamide,whose content is high to 172%.更多还原
