近红外光谱法结合多变量校正技术快速分析酒中乙醇含量
Rapid determination of ethanol in wine by near-infrared spectroscopy combined with multivariate calibration
【摘要】 提出了将近红外光谱法同多变量校正技术相结合、快速非破坏分析酒中乙醇含量的方法.研究了系列乙醇水溶液的吸收光谱、导数光谱的光谱特征,比较了多元线性回归和主成分回归处理光谱数据的准确程度.
【Abstract】 Rapid nonivasive determination method for ethanol in wine is presented,with near-infrared spectroscopy and multivariate calibratiom technique.The spectral features of absorbome pectra and derivative spectra for pure ethanol.Water and ethanol/wate mixtures are studied. A comparison of multiple linear regression(MLR)with principas componene regression(PCR)is presented,for accuracy of the multivariate modeling of spectroscopic data set.
