【Abstract】 The problem of labor’s employment security is not only fundamentality and assuring the labor’s essence living, but also a basic qualification to the stabilization of the society economy. After entering WTO, the uncertain factors of China economic development will increase greatly. China labor-force will meet severe competition and challenge from the international market. Under this condition, to study the security problem of China labor employment will have very realistic significance. This essay does some analysis on the actuality and cause of the foreign enterprise staffs’ employment security in order to look for a series of approaches to improve the foreign enterprise staff’s employment security.更多还原
