弯曲木中心曲线回归函数方程的数控加工方法
Numerical Control Machining Methods of Center Curve Regressive Function Equation of Flexural Wood
【摘要】 采用高次方程回归法进行压缩弯曲木平面的中心曲线的数学模拟。在加工中心系统 ,利用弯曲木中心曲线回归函数运算功能边计算边加工 ,为平面弯曲木弯曲机器人软件设计提供基础理论和程序编制方法。在CAM中生成刀具轨迹程序进行加工 ,提出合理的编程方法 ,使弯曲木加工实现数控化
【Abstract】 The paper simulates the center curve of constringent flexural wood planar mathematically by using the way of regressive equation of high degree, and processes on machining center system while calculating by using the operational function of center curve regressive function equation of flexural wood. It provides basic theory and programming way for designing software for planar flexural wood robot. It also creates cutting tool locus program in CAM, and puts forward logical programming way. So the numerical control of constringent flexural wood machining can be realized.
