【Abstract】 The optimum extracting conditions of flavonoids in hawthorn seed were investigated by using the orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that 70℃, extraction for 3 times (the ratio of 80% ethanol volume to hawthorn seed weight is 15:1) and 1.5 h for each time were optimal.更多还原
