公路沥青路面厚度计算中的设计层位合理确定
Reasonable Thickness Design of Surface Course on Asphalt Road Base Course
【摘要】 分析了路面厚度确定的主要影响因素,应用现行设计规范提出的路面厚度计算理论和方法,通过实例计算并根据计算结果的分析,提出路面厚度计算中拟定设计层的合理方法·认为路面厚度随土基回弹模量的增大而减薄,应加强路基压实,改善路基力学性能,对减薄路面厚度有明显效果·当采用半刚性基层、粒料类材料为底基层时,应拟定面层、底基层厚度,以半刚性基层为设计层才能得到合理的路面结构厚度·
【Abstract】 ?The major factors relative to the thickness of road surface were analyzed. By using the nowadaysdesigning standard theory of the thickness of road surface, the rational method for calculating the design layer of road face was provided based on the results of the case analysis. The thickness of the road surface decreases with the increasing of the rebounding modules of roadbed. The improvement of the mechanics capability of the roadbed is good for decreasing the thickness of road surface. When adopting the semistiffness base layer, and grain materials as underbase layer, only if the semistiffness base layer is regarded as designing layer, the reasonable thickness of the road surface can be obtained.
