【摘要】 情商 (emotionalquotient)即情绪商数的简称 (EQ ) ,它是相对于智商 (intelligencequotient)命名的一个术语。按照EQ的操作定义 ,设计了“大学生情商测评量表”。利用所设计的EQ测评量表 ,对目前在校大学生进行大样本测验 ,然后对目前在校大学生的整体EQ状况以及不同年级、不同性别、不同层次学生的EQ特点进行了比较分析 ,得出相应结论 ,以此提出了大学生EQ培养对策 ,为研究、探索和加强大学生全面素质教育提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Emotional quotient is abbreviated to EQ. This term is versus intelligence quotient. According to operational definition of EQ, the authors design"EQ evaluation table for college students". The authors use this table as a large sample test for college students. Then the authors analyze the whole EQ situation for college students and compare and analyze the EQ traits that are from different grades, sex and family backgrounds. At last the authors draw a corresponding conclusion. The authors put forward cultivation tactics for college students, which provides scientific basis for research and strengthening education of all around development of college students.更多还原
