【Abstract】 Abstract:As2O3 is an effective drug for reversal of MDR. The effects of As2O3 at low- cytotoxicclose (2.0umol/L) on the MDR of K562/ADM cell line have been studied. The result shows thatAs203 is able to decline IC50 value of K562/ADM cell line. It suggests that As2O3 might be aneffective anti- tumor drug as well as an effective drug for reversal of MDR.更多还原
