煤焦油沥青基中间相碳微球与电解液的相容性
The compatibility of electrolytes with coal tar pitch-based mesocarbon microbeads
【摘要】 选择HTTmax=2800℃处理过的煤焦油沥青基中间相碳微球(C MCMB)试样作为锂离子电池(LIB)的负极材料,组配了6种常用的电解液,运用恒电流充放电法和粉末微电极循环伏安法,考察了C MCMB试样在各种电解液中的充放电性能。采用FTIR光谱技术测定了C MCMB试样在6种电解液中首次充电时表面生成的SEI膜的化学成分。实验结果表明:C MCMB试样与电解液的相容性和SEI膜的组织结构有关。
【Abstract】 Coal tar pitch based mesocarbon microbeads (CMCMB) were heatedThe maximum heat treatment temperature(HTTmax) was 2 800℃The samples after heating were used as the negative electrode materials in lithium ion batteriesSix kinds of common electrolytes were preparedThe chargingdischarging performances of the samples in the above six kinds of electrolytes were investigated by the galvanostatic chargingdischarging experiments and the powder microelectrode cyclic voltammetry experimentsThe chemical compositions of SEI films, which formed in the electrolytes during the first charging process were determined by FTIR spectraThe experimental results indicated that the compatibilities of the electrolytes with CMCMB samples related to the textures of the SEI films
