煤焦油沥青基中间相碳微球与电解液的相容性

【摘要】 选择HTTmax=2800℃处理过的煤焦油沥青基中间相碳微球(C MCMB)试样作为锂离子电池(LIB)的负极材料,组配了6种常用的电解液,运用恒电流充放电法和粉末微电极循环伏安法,考察了C MCMB试样在各种电解液中的充放电性能。采用FTIR光谱技术测定了C MCMB试样在6种电解液中首次充电时表面生成的SEI膜的化学成分。实验结果表明:C MCMB试样与电解液的相容性和SEI膜的组织结构有关。

【Abstract】 Coal tar pitch based mesocarbon microbeads (CMCMB) were heatedThe maximum heat treatment temperature(HTTmax) was 2 800℃The samples after heating were used as the negative electrode materials in lithium ion batteriesSix kinds of common electrolytes were preparedThe chargingdischarging performances of the samples in the above six kinds of electrolytes were investigated by the galvanostatic chargingdischarging experiments and the powder microelectrode cyclic voltammetry experimentsThe chemical compositions of SEI films, which formed in the electrolytes during the first charging process were determined by FTIR spectraThe experimental results indicated that the compatibilities of the electrolytes with CMCMB samples related to the textures of the SEI films
