国外LR6电池工艺特点及评析
Technical analysis of imported LR6 battery
【摘要】 从密封圈原材料与封口工艺两方面分析了国外LR6电池在防漏性能方面的特点;讨论了国外电池通过增加锰碳比、提高锌膏中的锌含量、降低钢壳的壁厚、增加钢壳的肩高、降低隔膜的厚度等措施来增加活性物质的装填量;通过提高正极环与钢壳接触性能以降低接触电阻即欧姆内阻、采用较好的正极材料、隔膜不烫边不烫底、使用细粉化的锌粉的措施来提高活性物质的利用率,从而提高电池容量的可能性。
【Abstract】 Technical improvements of several imported LR6 batteries were described.The improvement of leak-proof property was obtained by using better gasket material and sealing technics. To increase battery capacity, they use higher ratio of Mn:C, increase the weight of Zn-gel, lowering the thickness of steel can and separator, thus to increase the loading weight of active materials. Other important measures include:improve the contact between steel can and cathode ring to diminish the inner resistance; use good cathode material and fine Zn powder to increase the rate of utilization.
