【摘要】 目的　探讨湿润烧伤膏 (MEDO)治疗急诊皮肤软组织擦伤的临床效果。方法　 30 4例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,分别采用湿润烧伤膏和高效碘 (络合碘 )进行治疗 ,并观察创面的愈合方式、3个月的疤痕生长率、局部治疗反应、药物止痛效果及毒副作用等。结果　湿润烧伤膏治疗皮肤软组织擦伤 ,不仅止痛效果好、快 ,换药时病人痛苦少 ,而且抗感染作用强 ,愈合时间短 ,无 /或少疤痕 ,愈后创面留存色素沉着现象少 ,毒、副作用少 ,病人耐受性好。结论　湿润烧伤膏是一种效果显著的治疗皮肤软组织擦伤的首选外用药更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of MEBO used to treat skin and soft tissue abrasion rersulted from emergency accidents. Methods 304 cases of skin and soft tissue tissue abrasion were divided in random into 2 groups with 154 patients treated with MEBO and 150 cases treated with Complexing Iodine, the efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The average abraion healing time in MEBO group was significantly shorter than that in Complexing Iodine group , abrasion recovered well with no or smaller scar,and pigmentation. ConclusionsMEBO is superior to Complexing Iodine in treating skin and soft tissue abrasion resulted trom emergency accidents.更多还原
