【摘要】 为使科学技术充分有效的发挥作用 ,世界各国都制定了相应的科技发展战略。各国科技发展战略的不同反映在科技投入上 ,表现为科技投入总量与结构的差异。我国的有关数据是符合发展中国家基本特点的 ,但较之发达国家和部分发展中国家无论在科技投入总量的绝对数量还是相对指标上都有明显的不足 ,在 R&D经费来源结构和投入结构上也有很大的优化余地。更多还原
