国民待遇原则对我国外商投资企业法的影响——兼论外商投资企业法的修改
Influences of National Treatment Principle upon China’s Law of Foreign Invested Enterprises
【摘要】 本文就中国加入世界贸易组织后 ,现行外商投资企业法中相关规定中与国民待遇原则冲突之处进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 This article probes into the conflicts between the current Law of Foreign Invested Enterprises and the National Treatment Principle after China’s entry into WTO.
