【摘要】 随着我国市场经济的发展 ,民营高科技企业如雨后春笋不断涌现 ,取得了令人瞩目的成绩 ,但这些企业的管理水平良萎不齐 ,多数在短暂辉煌之后陷入沉寂 ,本文分析了民营高科技企业可持续发展的制约因素 ,提出政府与社会应高度关注民营高科技企业 ,为其创造公平竞争的环境 ,提供便利服务 ;高科技企业本身应不断提高技术创新力 ,打破传统管理模式 ,实现开放创造式的管理 ;相关部门亦应尽快发展并完善风险投资机制 ,解决民营高科技企业融资难题。更多还原

【Abstract】 As China′s market economy develops,high-tech private enterprises spring up in large numbers and attractive achievements have been reached. Most of them fall silent after temporary glory.This article analyzes the restricting factors concerning the continuous existence of high-tech private enterprises ,puts forward the proposal that the government should pay sufficient attention to the high-tech private enterprises so as to create fair competition environment and provide facilitating services.High-tech enterprises should strengthen their innovative power,break traditional management mode so as to realize open and creative management mode.Relevant governmental sectors should enforce perfect risk investment mechanism and solve the financing difficulties of the high-tech private enterprises.更多还原
