【摘要】 我国基础教育课程改革“实行国家、地方、学校三级课程管理”的模式已经确定。地方课程作为沟通国家课程和学校课程的桥梁和纽带 ,它所独具的民族性、地域性、本土性、主体性、针对性和实用性等特点对优化课程结构、实现课程模式的多样化具有重要意义。因此 ,各地地方教育行政部门和学校要切实根据本地实际 ,充分调动各方面的积极性 ,采取有效的措施和策略 ,努力开发和建设好地方课程 ,为基础教育的课程改革作贡献更多还原

【Abstract】 It has already been established that the elementary curriculum reform should follow the mode of "the management of curriculum run by state, locality and school". As the bridge between state curriculum and school curriculum, local curriculum is characterized by its nationality, locality, autochthonism, principal part-oriented, particularity and practicality and is of significance to better the structure of curriculum and to bring about the varieties of curriculum. Therefore, local governments and schools should make great efforts to help constructing the local curriculum.更多还原
