【Abstract】 At the beginning of the new century, China’s Good Neighborhood Policy was characterized by its intimate relationship among high-ranked officials, its active bi-lateral relationship and participating in and pushing the cooperation in security and economy areas in purpose of exploring the theory and practice of regional cooperation, and its calm policy for the political changes in the neighborhood for the purpose of keeping the peace and stability of the neighboring countries.
