【Abstract】 It is an important topic put forward by Jiang Zhe-ming in the new era that everyone should make a further recognition of the political administration laws of the CCP. The major contents of the political administration laws consist of sticking to the "three deputies", to the down-to-earth route, to the principle of creation and of uniting ideal with practice.
