新型针织结构人工气管支架的开发及其力学性能初探

【摘要】 简要介绍了医用内支架的概念及其力学性能研究的意义 ,以聚乙丙交酯复丝和医用聚丙烯长丝为骨架材料的新型针织结构气管支架的制作及其原料、编织和涂层方法等。对气管支架的拉伸和压缩性能进行了初步的力学研究 ,并指出了该领域有待于进一步研究的问题

【Abstract】 In this paper, the concept of medical stent and the significance of its mechanical study were discussed, a novel knitted PGLA artificial tracheal stent was fabricated and described in terms of its constituent materials, knitting and coating procedures; a preliminary mechanical study was carried out to determine its tensile and compressive properties. Finally, some problems that need further investigations in the future were pointed out.
